Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached to maintain the integrity of the handmade product.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
